By posting a clip, you grant voittr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your clip on the voittr platform and related services. You agree that your clips may be played, shared, and recommended to other users.

Anonymous clips are subject to moderation by voittr. We reserve the right to remove clips that violate these Terms or applicable law. In cases of moderation, we may trace an anonymous clip to identify the poster for further investigation or legal compliance. Anonymous clips do not provide immunity from moderation or legal liability.
voittr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your account will be deleted and you will no longer have access to voittr.
voittr is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of voittr after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
